Junior Tennis Squads to restart week commencing Monday 6th September!!
Invigorating fun with born2move fitness trainers Nina Hartley and Ali Crawford at Abbeydale Tennis Club !!
For those of you who have not yet attended the born2move fitness sessions which have been launched at Abbeydale Tennis Club by the born2move team, be sure to get in on the action. Sessions cost just £4.00 for the hour for members and include a wide variety of fun exercises.. Children's sessions are Mondays and Saturdays 5pm to 6pm and Saturday mornings 8.15am to 9am. (Mums and dads can enjoy a coffee in the cafe area before their children return wide awake!) Adults sessions are Monday and Friday lunchtimes 12noon to 1pm. Enjoy boxing and specific tennis related exercises for those who who want to build up strength and stamina.
